After two unsuccessful semifinal finishes, Iga Swiatek reached her first Cincinnati Open final. The Pole defeated World No. 10 Elena Rybakina in the quarterfinals. Swiatek is coming off a straight-sets win over the Kazakh, which took 21 games to decide. The match lasted an hour and 40 minutes.
