I don’t trust either starting pitcher in this matchup, as Mazur’s had issues with control in his first few major league starts and the Rangers have enough plate discipline to get runners on and make him pay as a lot of teams have already. On the other side, Jon Gray’s been torched in some of his recent starts and despite Tuesday’s struggles, the Padres still have some of the best numbers in baseball against righties in the last couple of weeks.
