The Toronto Raptors have been in great form as they’ve won eight of their last 12 games overall and they will be eager to keep it going after taking down the struggling Bulls in a 110-101 road win on Thursday. Brandon Ingram led the team with 31 points, eight rebounds and six assists, Scottie Barnes and Immanuel Quickley each scored 14 points while RJ Barrett chipped in with 13 points. As a team, the Raptors shot just 42 percent from the field and seven of 23 from the 3-point line, but this win was more about their defense as they scrambled all night to force the Suns into 20 turnovers which was enough to keep them at bay after taking the early lead. It was also a real balanced scoring effort from the Raptors as they had six players finishing in double figures in scoring.

Meanwhile, the Milwaukee Bucks are starting to heat up now as they’ve won six of their last seven games overall and they will be gunning for a fourth straight victory after making light work of the Pelicans in a 139-118 road win on Friday. Cam Thomas and Ryan Rollins led the offense with 27 points each, Kevin Porter Jr added 25 points with seven assists on 10 of 15 shooting while Bobby Portis tallied 17 points with 11 rebounds off the bench. As a team, the Bucks shot a sizzling 60 percent from the field and 15 of 36 from the 3-point line as they poured in 38 points in the second quarter to take the early lead, but this game was tightly contested all the way till the fourth quarter where the Bucks opened with a 31-14 run to put the game to bed.

The Raptors have ruled out Scottie Barnes due to personal reasons, while the Bucks are still missing Giannis Antetokounmpo and Myles Turner. These teams have already met three times this season with the Raptors winning the last two meetings to claim a 2-1 series lead. The Raptors are coming into this contest with some decent momentum, but it’s the Bucks who enter as the hotter team right now despite missing two of their best players. I get why the Raptors are slight favorites in this one, but the Bucks have been in a groove lately and I think they represent decent value as the home underdogs in this spot.
