DeMar DeRozan tried his best to carry the offense with 34 points on 13 of 26 shooting, Russell Westbrook added 14 points with five assists while Domantas Sabonis chipped in with 11 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists but no other player scored more than seven points. As a team, the Kings shot just 40 percent from the field and a miserly five of 30 from the 3-point line as they fought hard to erase an early 10-point deficit to tie the scores after three quarters, only to see their hard work go to waste in the fourth quarter where they got outscored by 31-15.

Meanwhile, the Philadelphia 76ers have been struggling lately as they’ve lost five of their last eight games overall, but they will be feeling much better after they smashed the Bucks in a 139-122 home win on Tuesday. Paul George drained nine 3-pointers to lead the way with 32 points on 11 of 21 shooting, Joel Embiid added 29 points with nine rebounds and five assists while Tyrese Maxey chipped in with 22 points and nine assists. As a team, the 76ers shot 52 percent from the field and a sizzling 22 of 42 from the 3-point line as they hit the ground running with 42 points in the first quarter, before they poured in another 68 points in the second half to pull away for the big win at home.

The Kings are still missing Keegan Murray and they are keeping an eye on Russell Westbrook and Malik Monk who are both questionable, while the 76ers are sweating on the availability of Quentin Grimes who is questionable with an ankle injury. The Kings are currently one of the coldest teams in the league and they could be missing Westbrook for this one which would be a big loss for a team that’s already struggling. The 76ers haven’t been at their best lately, but they are trending upwards with George and Embiid starting to play consistently and they looked great in their big win over the Bucks. The line was always going to be hefty for this matchup, but I still think the 76ers maintain their momentum with another comfortable win at home.
