The New York Knicks and Atlanta Hawks meet Saturday in summer league NBA action at the Pavilion. Here’s a New York Knicks vs Atlanta Hawks Prediction. This article will include a New York Knicks vs Atlanta Hawks Pick.
New York Knicks Betting Preview
The New York Knicks have won two straight games but they haven’t been exactly dominant wins. Two games ago against the Sacramento Kings the Knicks won 106-105 and in the last game against the Detroit Pistons they were able to secure the 91-90 victory on Friday. On Friday the Knicks were led by Dmytro Skapinstev who finished with 17 points and 10 rebounds. There were four different players that finished with at least 10 points and they are going to need the offense to run up the score here. There does have to be a little concern about tired legs, but they are facing a team that will also be on tired legs.Â
Atlanta Hawks Betting Preview
The Atlanta Hawks are also going to be on tired legs and they have lost four games in a row. On Friday, the Hawks offense scored 109 points but the defense gave up 103 points and that led to the defeat. It was the best offensive game of the tournament for the Hawks, but it was also the worst defensive game against the Chicago Bulls. Keaton Wallace had a strong game putting up 22 points, seven assists, and three rebounds. Dylan Windler also put up 17 points, seven rebounds, and two assists. In this game the Hakws are going to need the defense to be a lot better.Â
New York Knicks vs Atlanta Hawks Prediction
The Knicks have won the last two games by a total of two points, and even though the Hawks have struggled heading into this game, I don’t trust them to run up the score. The Hawks offense sure looked impressive on Friday and they are going to put on a show here with the scoring. The Knicks aren’t going to have any answer with the defense and the Hawks are going to ccover the spread.Â
