UFC 306 takes place on Saturday from the Sphere in Las Vegas and this should be an exciting card. Let’s take a look at a free play on each of the main card fights to make your Saturday a winning one.
Sean O’Malley vs Merab Dvalishvili
O’Malley -130 / Dvalishvili +110 // Total Rounds: 4.5
Sean O’Malley and Merab Dvalishvili face off on Saturday for the bantamweight championship in what promises to be an exciting fight. O’Malley is an elite striker and now he gets to face off against an elite wrestler. This fight is all going to come down to where the fight happens. If O’Malley can keep it on the feet he’s going to have success but Dvalshvili can get the fight to the ground, he’s going to find success. I expect O’Malley is going to keep this fight on the feet and that is going to be the difference here as he goings to pick apart Dvalishvili. Back O’Malley on the money line.
Alexa Grasso vs Valentina Shevchenko
Grasso -135 / Shevchenko +114 // Total Rounds: 4.5
Alexa Grasso and Valentina Schevchenko face off in the women’s flyweight championship, and this will be the third time these two teams The last time these two fighters it ended in a draw, and that has left both women hungry for this fight. Schevchenko is a popular fighter, but Grasso is going to have a huge advantage with the crowd here. Schevchenko is a very good defensive fighter, and this is going to be a competitive close fight. Schevchenko can pull this out and with her being the underdog, I have to take the plus money. Back Schevchenko on the money line.
Brian Ortega vs Diego Lopes
Ortega +150 / Lopes -180 // Total Rounds: 2.5
Brian Ortega and Diego Lopes face off in a featherweight battle and this should be the most exciting matchup on the card. Ortega has dealt with injury issues but he’s back healthy and has high expecations for this fight. Lopes has won four fights in a row and three of the four have been by finish. Ortega might be healthy heading into this fight, but I don’t think he’s going to struggle with the pressure of Lopes. Back Lopes by finish to cash.
Daniel Zellhuber vs Esteban Ribovics
Zellhuber -230 / Ribovics +230 // Total Rounds: 2.5
This fight between Daniel Zellhuber and Esteban Ribovics could also end up being the fight on the night, but there is a clear advantage here. Zellhuber has the reach advantage, and even though Ribovics is a good fighter, he’s going to struggle with the length of Zellhuber. Back Zellhuber to win by decision.
Ronaldo Rodriguez vs Ode Osburne
Rodriguez -142 / Osburne +120 // Total Rounds: 2.5
Ronaldo Rodriguez is the young fighter who is up and coming and now he faces off against Ode Osburne who is the crafty veteran. Rodriguez is an elite grapler but Oburne is crafty and he’s going to find a way to find success here. Osburne is going to put the pressure on him and he’s going to win this game as the underdog. Back Osburne on the money line.
