The San Francisco Giants and the Seattle Mariners will meet on Friday night in the opening game of a three‑game interleague series at T‑Mobile Park in Seattle, Washington.

San Francisco Giants Betting Preview

The San Francisco Giants enter Friday’s contest with a 41-55 overall record (4th in the National League West) and a 19–30 mark on the road. The Giants offense has been competitive to this point in the season. San Francisco has compiled 395 runs scored, 179 doubles (4th in MLB), 106 home runs and a .256 team batting average which ranks fourth in Major League Baseball.

The Giants arrive at Friday’s game in good form. San Francisco has won three of the team’s last four games played this season, including a 4–2 victory over the Colorado Rockies last week.

San Francisco will turn to right hander Landen Roupp in this contest. In eighteen starts made this season, Roupp has compiled a 6–8 win‑loss record, a 4.27 ERA, a 1.31 WHIP and 104 strikeouts, while allowing 85 hits and 42 walks in 97 innings pitched. Roupp has pitched well recently, allowing two or fewer earned runs in three of his last four starts made in 2026. Roupp will look to improve on his subpar performance in the first half of the 2026 regular season in tomorrow’s matchup with the Seattle Mariners.

Turning our attention to the San Francisco offense, the Giants lineup features second baseman Luis Arraez and first baseman Rafael Devers. Luis Arraez enters this contest with a .330 batting average (2nd in MLB), 35 RBIs, 16 stolen bases and an .829 OPS. Rafael Devers has amassed 19 home runs.

Seattle Mariners Betting Preview

The Seattle Mariners enter Friday night’s matchup with a 48–49 overall record (2nd in the American League West) and a 27–20 mark at home. Seattle has played below average baseball recently, losing five of the team’s last six games, including a 6–1 loss to the Tampa Bay Rays five days ago.

Seattle will start right hander Bryce Miller in tomorrow’s game. In nine starts made this season, Miller has compiled a 4-3 record, a 2.18 ERA, a 0.83 WHIP and 65 strikeouts, while allowing 39 hits and 9 walks in 57.2 innings pitched. Bryce Miller arrives at this contest in outstanding form. More specifically, Miller has allowed just two runs or fewer in eight of his nine starts made in 2026.

The Seattle Mariners lineup features outfielder Randy Arozarena and first baseman Josh Naylor. Randy Arozarena has tallied a .286 batting average, 11 home runs, 37 walks, 45 RBIs and an .838 OPS. Josh Naylor has compiled a .252 batting average, 8 home runs, 12 doubles, 30 walks, 36 RBIs and a .671 OPS.

• Home field edge. Seattle has played quality baseball at T‑Mobile Park (27-20) this season.

• Enhanced motivation. The Seattle Mariners have lost five of the team’s last six games.

San Francisco Giants vs. Seattle Mariners Prediction

In my opinion, this matchup favors the Seattle Mariners. Why? Seattle starting pitcher Bryce Miller arrives at this contest in good form, allowing just two runs or fewer in eight of his nine starts made this season. Additionally, the Mariners have played exceptionally well at home in 2026 compiling a 27-20 record. Having stated that, Seattle is the side to be on in this one. I am backing the Seattle Mariners on the moneyline in this game.
