I’ll lean toward the Yankees. Probably not touching it, though. We’ve seen very little of Cole on the mound so far this year due to his injury. On June 19 in his lone appearance, Cole posted 4.0 innings with two earned on three hits and a walk. As for Peterson, he’s 3-0 in his last three starts with eight earned in 17.2 combined innings.

The Yankees lineup is really beat up right now, and they’ve currently lost three straight series. The Yankees have just one run in two of the last three games, so they’ll likely need a good outing from Cole to help get them to the finish line Tuesday.
