In my view, this matchup favors the Orioles staying within the number (1.5) with the potential of Baltimore winning the contest outright. Why? Baltimore starting pitcher Kyle Bradish arrives at this contest in good form, allowing two or fewer earned runs in three of his last four starts made in 2026. Conversely, Texas hurler Jacob deGrom has pitched subpar baseball recently, allowing five or more earned runs in two of his last three starts made this season. Additionally, the Rangers have played exceptional baseball at home, compiling a 31-26 record. For the reasons just noted, I am backing the Baltimore Orioles plus the 1.5 runs in this game.
