Central Florida Knights Betting Preview
The Knights took out Hofstra in their opener this year, then fell versus Vanderbilt in game two. A winning streak started after that, as UCF dispatched Florida A&M, Texas A&M, Oakland, Pitt, Quinnipiac, VMI, Towson, Mercer, Florida Gulf Coast and Florida Atlantic over the next 10 outings. Over 12 games that would five Central Florida a nice 11-1 overall record in the books.
Matched up against Kansas on Saturday, UCF was up by three points at halftime 44-41. The Knights closed on a 37-34 run and powered out the epic win 81-75 in the end. Riley Kugel put up 19 points with three boards and Themes Fulks had 16 points with four rebounds and three assists. Jordan Burks added 14 points with four rebounds in the winning effort for the Knights.
Oklahoma State Cowboys Betting Preview
Over on the Oklahoma State side, they opened the year with a winning streak of their own. The Cowboys dispatched Oral Roberts, Texas A&M, Prairie View, Texas A&M-CC, South Florida, Nicholls, Northwestern, Sam Houston and Grand Canyon before a loss to Oklahoma. After that came wins over Kansas City, CSU Fullerton and Bethune-Cookman, giving Oklahoma State a 12-1 record in their first 13 games this year.
On Saturday versus Texas Tech, the Cowboys were trailing by eight points at the break. Oklahoma State was outscored 56-42 the rest of the way and lost 102-80 in the end. Anthony Roy led the way in the losing effort with 22 points and eight boards while Parsa Fallah had 20 points with five rebounds. Jaylen Curry added 13 points with three rebounds and two assists.

UCF vs Oklahoma State Prediction
I’ll go with UCF, so long as they don’t succumb to the proverbial “big-win hangover.” The Knights played great against a talented Kansas team last weekend, posting 43.8 percent from the field with 34 rebounds, 38 points in the paint and just six turnovers. Central Florida wasn’t spectacular from the line (18-of-26 for 69.2 percent) but that’s about the only thing to complain about. That makes 11 straight victories for the Knights, and they’ve scored 77 or more points in each—with 81 or more points in 10 of them.
As for Oklahoma State, they shot 43.3 percent from the field with a 44-35 rebounding deficit in their latest loss to a great Texas Tech team. The Cowboys gave up 48.1 percent shooting on the other side but committed just eight turnovers. Oklahoma State has 80 or more points in four straight games (a 3-1 run) so we should have a pretty good total here.
