Seattle Redhawks Betting Preview

The Seattle Redhawks enter Wednesday’s contest with a 13–7 record, including a 2–5 mark in conference play and a 9–3 record at home. Seattle has amassed recent wins over Washington State, Eastern Washington, Denver and the Texas State Bobcats, while dropping games to Gonzaga, San Francisco and the Oregon State Beavers. Why the Loyola Marymount Lions will win

•            Frontcourt play. Sophomore forward Jalen Shelley provides a strong interior presence averaging 12.9 points, 6.7 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 0.7 steals a contest.

 •           Balanced scoring. Myron Amey Jr. and Jan Vide combine for over 25 points per game.

•            Enhanced motivation. The Loyola Marymount Lions enter tomorrow’s contest on the heels of a three-game losing streak.

Why the Seattle Redhawks will win

•            Home court edge. Seattle is 9–3 at home this season.

•            Defensive advantage. The Seattle Redhawks are allowing opponents just 70 points per game, compared to Loyola Marymount who allows 72.3 points per contest.

Loyola Marymount Lions vs. Seattle Redhawks Prediction

This matchup features Seattle’s defensive consistency and strong home court advantage against a Loyola Marymount team that has struggled on the road and enters on a three‑game road losing streak. The Lions quality guard play gives them a path to stay competitive, but Seattle’s shooting efficiency, defensive edge and home court edge present a difficult matchup for a Loyola Marymount team that has struggled to generate stops against top tier opponents. For the reasons just noted, I am backing the Seattle Redhawks in this game.

Hans Geevers's Pick: Seattle -3.5
