I’ll probably stay with UTRGV. The Vaqueros may be a little rusty here initially; they’ve been off the court since last Monday. That said, UTRGV cruised past a struggling Le Moyne team pretty easily there, bagging 28 points off 20 Dolphins turnovers. That victory came on the heels of a nice effort versus Wisconsin (a close 87-84 loss). The Vaqueros have scored 83 or more points in six straight games.
As for SFA, they’re on a nice three-game win streak themselves. The Lumberjacks have scored fewer than 69 points in four of their last five outings, however. If that trend continues, Stephen F. Austin will have a tough time keeping pace with the Vaqueros.
