Arkansas Razorbacks Betting Preview
The Razorbacks are off to a 5-2 run so far this year. The first six games were wins over Lipscomb, Troy, Pacific, Little Rock, and MD Eastern Shore alongside a lone loss to Baylor. In their last outing, Arkansas took another loss to Illinois.
Matched up against the Illini on Thursday, the Razorbacks were down 49-34 by halftime. Arkansas got slightly better from there but still lost 90-77. Adou Thiero posted a team-high 26 points with six rebounds in the defeat.
Miami Hurricanes Betting Preview
Over on the Hurricanes’ side, they won their first three games of the season over Fairleigh Dickinson, Binghamton, and Coppin State. Miami has since lost four to Drake, Oklahoma State, VCU, and Charleston Southern.
In the Charleston Southern game on Saturday, the Hurricanes trailed by eight points at halftime. Miami made a 42-38 run from there but couldn’t catch up in an 83-79 defeat. Tops in scoring was Brandon Johnson with 23 points and eight rebounds. Miami will play against Clemson following this one.

Arkansas vs Miami Prediction
I’m staying with Arkansas. The Razorbacks couldn’t contend with a good Illinois team in their last outing despite shooting 48.3 percent from the floor. The real issues were the tepid 29.4 percent (5-of-17) from outside and the rough 16-of-27 (59.3 percent) from the line. Giving up 52.6 percent shooting on the other side didn’t help, either. Still, Arkansas has posted 77 or more points in four straight games and should score well here also.
As for Miami, they lost to a struggling Charleston Southern team in their last game and didn’t look very good doing it. The Canes were out-rebounded 35-29 (12-8 offensive) in that one and gave up 50.8 percent shooting overall. It could be a struggle for Miami to keep a close pace on Tuesday.
