Calgary played a great first half against Edmonton last week, but they were awful in the second half and that loss is going to sting for a while. The Stampeders have had a solid offensive attack this year, but their defense continues to be bad. Edmonton is leading the West Division and they have the best defense in the CFL. The Elks have scored 30+ points in three of their last four games, but the defense is the unit that leads them. I don’t like going against Vernon Adams Jr, but Calgary has not shown the ability to play consistent defense, so I will back the Elks here.
