I’ll probably try Utah State here. The Aggies posted a nice effort over Hawaii on Saturday with 580 total yards (321 passing), 7.8 yards per play, and 27 first downs. The defense held the Warriors to just 4-of-14 on third downs and had five interceptions along the way. Utah State has scored 27 or more points in seven straight games now.
As for San Diego State, they gave up 515 yards (253 rushing) and 26 first downs in their latest loss to UNLV. The Aztecs posted a tepid 270 yards, 14 first downs, two turnovers, and 3-of-12 on third-down tries on the other side. that makes four straight losses for SDSU, with 29 or more points allowed in three of those. This one likely won’t be so one-sided, but I still think Utah State covers at home.
