Colorado State Rams Betting Preview
This year the Rams started things off on a 2-3 run with losses to Texas, Colorado, and Oregon State. Colorado State has since hit a nice win streak, taking out San Jose State, Air Force, New Mexico, Nevada, and Wyoming in succession.
In the Wyoming game last Friday, the Rams were up 17-3 by halftime. Colorado State held the pace from there in a 24-10 win. Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi posted 192 pass yards with a score, while Justin Marshall led the rush on 104 yards from 16 totes.
Fresno State Bulldogs Betting Preview
Over on the Fresno State side, they went 3-3 over their first half-dozen outings. The Bulldogs took out Sacramento State, New Mexico State, and New Mexico during that time. Since then it’s been wins over Nevada and SJSU before losses to Hawaii and Air Force.
Matched up against Air Force on November 9 in their last outing, the Bulldogs gave up points in every quarter along the way to a 36-28 loss. Mikey Keene threw for 289 yards, three touchdowns, and an interception. Lead receiver Mac Dalena caught two scores off four grabs for 89 yards.

Colorado State vs Fresno State Prediction
I’ll lean toward Colorado State. You could obviously make a case either way, though. The Rams didn’t have a ton of issues against a struggling Wyoming team in their last outing, posting 446 yards (248 rushing), 7.2 yards per play, and 17 first downs. Colorado State went just 3-of-12 on third-down conversions, though. The defense was strong on 237 yards allowed (120 passing), 10 first downs, and 3-of-14 on third downs.
As for Fresno State, they were drilled in the rushing game by Air Force 344 yards to negative-five yards. The Bulldogs' 1-of-4 rate on third downs and ugly 14:52 in time of possession certainly didn’t help, as the Falcons controlled the second half 19-7. I could see Fresno State getting into a cover/win here if they can surpass 20 points or so, but it’ll be close.
