In last weekend’s Fresno State matchup, the Warriors were in trouble with a 20-7 deficit after the third quarter. Hawaii scored two unanswered touchdowns though, and won 21-20. QB Brayden Schager threw for 244 yards, three scores, and a pick. Tylan Hines led the rush with 66 yards on 12 carries.

UNLV vs Hawaii Prediction
I’m going with UNLV. The Rebels stood tall against a good Boise State team in their last outing but fell just short. UNLV mustered 367 total yards (188 rushing), 6.3 yards per play, and a tepid 5-of-13 on third downs in that one. The defense gave up 394 yards on the other side (209 passing) but did pretty well on third downs themselves (3-of-15). Even with the loss, the Rebels are scoring well these days with 24 or more points in five straight.
As for Hawaii, they’re coming off a dramatic fourth-quarter comeback against Fresno State. The Warriors held the Bulldogs to just 176 yards (157 passing) and 14 first downs along the way but did give up a couple of turnovers on offense. Hawaii has a much tougher task this weekend though, and I don’t think they’ll quite get there.
Andrew’s Pick UNLV Rebels -13.5
