Georgia State is coming off of a bye week and they should have plenty of momentum after beating Vanderbilt two weeks ago. The Panthers struggled in their first two games against Georgia Tech and Chattanooga, but they were able to put it all together against Vandy. I really don’t like either of these teams and I think both defenses have some major issues, but I am going to give Georgia State the slight edge coming off of the bye week and playing at home.
