Boise State’s only loss this season came on the road against Oregon, but they did allow 45 points to Georgia Southern in week one. I do think Washington State will be able to move the ball, as I really like Mateer at quarterback, but the Cougars' defense isn’t great. I expect both teams to score plenty of points, but the Washington State offense is going to keep them in the game. Give me the Cougars and the points here.
