In the victory, Kenin compiled 30 winners and 20 unforced errors, including one ace and three double faults. Kenin landed 65% of first serves in play and won 81% of first serve points (26/32)

The American won 53% of second serve points (9/17) and saved one of two breakpoints. Kenin won 43% of return points (26/60) and broke Kalinskaya four times for the victory. Kenin improves to 16-8 for the season and climbed up to 35th in the live rankings. This will be her first semifinal of 2025. Kenin has also beaten Bernarda Pera and former champions Belinda Bencic and Daria Kasatkina before this latest victory. She has also not lost a set.
