Jannik Sinner vs Alex de Minaur Head-To-Head

• Sinner and de Minaur have met nine times on the ATP Tour.

• Sinner has won all nine meetings in what is one of the most one-sided matchups on tour right now.

• Sinner has lost just one set in those matches.

• They last met at the 2024 Davis Cup Finals, where Sinner won 6-3, 6-4.

Jannik Sinner vs Alex de Minaur Prediction

Sinner won his first Grand Slam at the Australian Open 12 months ago very convincingly, but did we just see him loosen his grip on the title in his fourth-round match? A 12-minute medical timeout is hardly a sign of his body cooperating especially in such harsh playing conditions. He admitted to feeling unwell and it's not the first time Sinner has struggled mid-tournament.

For de Minaur, this must be the best news. Sinner is the Australian's worst matchup on tour having lost nine times against him. Sinner's recent medical episode could be the overriding factor between de Minaur losing or winning this match. If he struggles with his movement for a fair bit, then de Minaur is likely to win a set or two, and that is a realistic punt here.
