Giants vs Eagles Prediction

I’ll stick with the Giants. New York needs to get the memory of that stunning defeat in Denver out of their minds quickly, but a road game versus a divisional rival should do the trick in that regard. The Giants posted 387 yards on offense in their last outing, along with 26 first downs and 6-of-15 on third-down tries. On defense the Giants allowed 407 yards, 5.4 yards per play, 25 first downs and 4-of-13 on third-down conversion attempts. It was a sloppy game overall, with New York committing eight of 20 total penalties—many of them at very inopportune times. The Giants have been scoring well lately though, with a combined 66 points in their last two outings.

As for Philly, they weren’t good on third downs (3-of-10) and had just 13 first downs in their win over Minnesota last weekend, but things worked out in the end. The Eagles certainly have revenge on their mind in this one, but I like the Giants to get in there cover-wise.
