Phoenix Suns Betting Preview
The Phoenix Suns have been in great shape as they’ve won 11 of their last 15 games overall and they will be aiming for a third straight victory after taking down the Nets in a 126-117 road win last night. Dillon Brooks bounced back from a tough game in his last outing to lead the team with 27 points on eight of 15 shooting, Devin Booker added 24 points on 10 of 18 shooting while Collin Gillespie chipped in with 22 points and five assists. As a team, the Suns shot a healthy 57 percent from the field and 20 of 39 from the 3-point line as they stormed out of the gates with 40 points in the first quarter to take an early double digit lead, before they played great defense to limit the Nets to just 21 points in the third quarter to lead by as many as 20 points.
Philadelphia 76ers Betting Preview
Meanwhile, the Philadelphia 76ers have been in decent form lately as they’ve won seven of their last 11 games overall and they will be hoping to keep it going after taking down the Pacers in a 113-104 win last night. Joel Embiid led the team with 30 points, nine rebounds and four assists on nine of 14 shooting, Tyrese Maxey added 29 points with eight assists and eight steals while Kelly Oubre Jr chipped in with 18 points and five assists. As a team, the 76ers shot 48 percent from the field and just five of 17 from the 3-point line as they got off to a slow start and scored just 17 points in the second quarter to trail going into halftime, before they took over with 63 points in the second half to run past the Pacers with ease despite no bench player finishing with more than five points.
Phoenix v Philadelphia Free Prediction
The Suns are still missing Jalen Green, while the 76ers are keeping an eye on Paul George who is listed as day to day with that knee injury. The Suns come into this contest as the team in better form and they’ve really been flying under the radar lately despite impressive wins over the Thunder and a couple wins over the Knicks recently. The 76ers are also coming into this meeting with some momentum, but you just never know who will sit out for them when they play their second game of a back to back set. This is a close one to call, but I am leaning towards the Suns who represent decent value as the underdogs in this spot.
