The Los Angeles Clippers have been on fire as they’ve won 13 of their last 15 games overall and they will be eager to build on their current six-game win streak after sneaking past the Wizards in a 110-106 road win last night. James Harden led the team with 36 points, seven rebounds and nine assists, Jordan Miller added 16 points off the bench while Ivica Zubac chipped in with 14 points and 12 rebounds. As a team, the Clippers shot 46 percent from the field and a miserly five of 28 from the 3-point line as they got off to a slow start and trailed by 10 points midway through the third quarter, but they chipped away at the deficit and never trailed again after going on a pivotal 7-0 run early in the fourth quarter. Kobe Sanders had a rough game of just eight points on three of 11 shooting while Brook Lopez shot just two of seven for his six points off the bench.

Meanwhile, the Chicago Bulls are starting to turn things around as they’ve won three of their past five games overall and they will be looking to stay hot after blowing past the lowly Nets in a 124-102 home win on Sunday. Coby White drained seven 3-pointers to lead the team with 24 points, Ayo Dosunmu added 19 points and five assists off the bench while Matas Buzelis and Nikola Vucevic each scored 17 points. As a team, the Bulls shot 52 percent from the field and 20 of 46 from the 3-point line as they stormed out of the gates with 39 points in the first quarter to take a 19-point lead into halftime, before they held the Nets to just 20 points in the third quarter to lead by as many as 27 points at one stage.

The Clippers are still missing some players with Bradley Beal, Derrick Jones Jr, Bogdan Bogdanovic and Kawhi Leonard all ruled out, while the Bulls have ruled out Zach Collins with Patrick Williams and Josh Giddey both listed as questionable. The Clippers have arguably been the hottest team in the league and they were good enough to escape with a narrow win over the Wizards last night despite missing Leonard, but it’s going to be tough to replicate that effort on zero days’ rest against an improving Bulls squad who could be getting some players back. This is one of those games where you should check the lineups before tipoff because I really like the Bulls in this spot if Giddey is able to suit up. The Clippers were unconvincing in their narrow win over the lowly Wizards last night and I think they are vulnerable in this spot, so I will back the Bulls to get the job done at home.
