Indiana Pacers Betting Preview
The Indiana Pacers have been in terrible shape as they’ve lost 18 of their last 20 games overall but they are coming into this one fresh off an impressive victory after smashing the Heat by 135-118 on Sunday. Pascal Siakam led the team with 30 points, 11 rebounds and six assists, Micah Potter added 21 points on seven of nine shooting off the bench while TJ McConnell and Andrew Nembhard each scored 15 points. As a team, the Pacers shot 58 percent from the field and 18 of 39 from the 3-point line as they got off to a quick start with 79 points in the first half to take the early lead, but they couldn’t get any separation until they dominated the fourth quarter by 27-11 to make it look easy in the end. It was a real balanced scoring effort as the Pacers had five players score at least 15 points in this one.
Chicago Bulls Betting Preview
Meanwhile, the Chicago Bulls have been in a slump as they’ve lost eight of their last 10 games overall and they will be hoping to snap a four-game slide after getting trampled by the Spurs in a 129-114 road defeat on Monday. Tre Jones led the team with 23 points on nine of 13 shooting, Leonard Miller added 21 points with six rebounds and four assists while Collin Sexton chipped in with 20 points. As a team, the Bulls shot 46 percent from the field and 13 of 44 from the 3-point line as they struggled to contain the Spurs from the start and fell behind by 17 points at halftime and things only got worse in the second half where they trailed by as many as 29 points before they finished with a flurry in garbage time.
Indiana v Chicago Free Prediction
The Pacers have ruled out Andrew Nembhard, TJ McConnell, Aaron Nesmith, Jarace Walker and Ivica Zubac while the Bulls have ruled out Anfernee Simons, Jalen Smith and Zach Collins with Nick Richards listed as questionable. You couldn’t back either side with any confidence at the moment, but the Pacers looked great in their big win over the Heat on Sunday and they’ve already beaten the Bulls three times this season. Be sure to check the lineups before tipoff as both teams are dealing with plenty of injuries, but at this stage, I think the Pacers are a value bet as the underdogs in this matchup.
