The Indiana Pacers have been struggling as they’ve dropped four of their last six games overall, but they will be feeling much better after they arrest a three-game skid with a stunning 117-114 upset win over the league-leading Thunder on Friday. Andrew Nembhard led the team with 27 points, seven rebounds and 11 assists on 10 of 16 shooting, Jarace Walker added 26 points on eight of 15 shooting while Pascal Siakam tallied 21 points with six rebounds and six assists. As a team, the Pacers shot 47 percent from the field and 16 of 38 from the 3-point line as they took the fight to the Thunder with 39 points in the first quarter to open up a 17-point lead which was crucial as they were able to stay in front for almost the entire game despite seeing their lead get cut to just one point on multiple occasions.

Meanwhile, the Atlanta Hawks have yet to hit their stride this season, but it looks like they might be turning the corner as they are now aiming for a third straight victory after taking down the in-form Suns in a 110-103 win on Friday. Onyeka Okongwu led the team with 25 points with five assists on nine of 15 shooting, Jalen Johnson racked up 23 points with 18 rebounds and nine assists while CJ McCollum provided real punch off the bench with 21 points. As a team, the Hawks shot 53 percent from the field and 13 of 26 from the 3-point line as they went cold in the third quarter and trailed by seven points, before they dominated the fourth quarter by 26-12 to put away the Suns with relative ease.

The Pacers are still missing Quenton Jackson, Tyrese Haliburton and Bennedict Mathurin, while the Hawks have ruled out Kristaps Porzingis and Zaccharie Risacher once again. The Pacers haven’t been able to get anything going this season, but they will be brimming with confidence after getting some revenge against the Thunder in a big upset win on Friday. The Hawks are in similar shape as they were really struggling before winning their last two games and they are starting to look better with McCollum contributing off the bench. This should be a close one and I get why the Hawks are favorites, but I am leaning towards the Pacers to build on their last game with another upset in this one.
