Houston Rockets vs Denver Nuggets Prediction
I was going to side with the Nuggets and the small chalk at home, as they’re a tough out on their home court. The Nuggets also already beat the Rockets this season. However, the Nuggets are 1-18-1 ATS in their last 20 home games when favorites of 3 or fewer points. Seventeen of those failed covers were outright losses. The Nuggets have had issues since Braun and Gordon went down. This also feels like a statement game for the Rockets, who are still trying to convince themselves they’re a legit title contender. Four of the Nuggets six losses have come at home. I’ll take a stab with the Rockets, mainly because of that ridiculous trend when the Nuggets are small home favorites.
