Peralta hasn’t pitched this season and he wasn’t good last year in a limited role. He’s also not going to pitch much in this start, and I’ve never been a fan of openers due to the amount of pitchers needed to get you across the finish line. The Rangers are the better team and need to take advantage of games like this. The price is cheap. Give me the Rangers.
