Miami Marlins vs Kansas City Royals Prediction
I’ll take a value play stab on the Marlins here. Ragans has pitched reasonably well lately, but he’ll need some help from the bats. In his last three starts combined Ragans is 0-1 with six earned runs on 13 hits and six walks in 19.0 innings total. He should be able to post a quality outing if all goes well.
On Sunday the Royals had a pretty ineffective evening at the plate, notching just two team hits. Kansas City gave up 10 hits on the other side, but there was really only one bad inning. The Royals should still have the advantage Monday, but it may be worth trying Miami.
