Philadelphia Phillies vs. New York Mets Prediction
I’m going to ride with the Phillies here. It hasn’t paid off in the first two games of the series, and maybe it’s a fool’s game to try to fade the Mets at home, given how strong New York has looked at home out of the gate so far this season. However, Wheeler is the staff ace for the Phillies, and this is the spot where his team needs him to be a stopper. David Peterson’s got some strong numbers himself to start the year, but I think this Phillies lineup can get to him and avoid the sweep. Give me Philadelphia in this one.
