I’m leaning towards the Mariners here. I don’t love this price with Seattle and I’m not overly sold on the Mariners winning the AL West by season’s end, but this is a spot they need to take advantage of if they’re going to make that playoff push. Kochanowicz is getting fast tracked here with injuries in the Angels’ rotation, and he wasn’t very good in AA this season with a 4.55 ERA in 91 innings. I think Seattle does enough here to get the win but it’s not one I’m rushing to bet.
