I’ll take a stab on the Mets. Manaea hasn’t been too bad over his last two starts. In that pair he’s got four earned runs on six hits and four walks in 10.2 innings. As for Gil, he’s coming off a rough showing versus the Orioles, taking the loss on 1.1 innings, seven earned, eight hits and two walks.

On Tuesday the Mets had a great day on offense, stomping all over Cole for a nice win. The bullpen had a rough time in the eighth inning though, thanks mostly to an Aaron Judge grand slam. I could see the Yankees striking back and evening the series here, but I’m still leaning Mets.
