South Alabama vs UAB Prediction
I’ll lean toward UAB. I could probably go either way on this one, though. The Blazers didn’t have any issues whatsoever with Rhodes in their latest win. UAB hit 49.4 percent from the field with a dominant 59-28 rebounding edge, 20 team assists, 19 steals, a 58-20 advantage on points in the paint and just eight turnovers. Overall there wasn’t much to complain about, but that’s certainly the easiest matchup UAB will have all season. The good news is that the Blazers are scoring well this year—no matter the opponent. UAB has 70 or more points in all five games so far, and 91 or more points in each of their three wins. If they can get some high-percentage shots and make it to the foul like frequently in this matchup, the Blazers should be able to keep a cover pace.
