I’ll stick with Saint Mary’s. The Gaels played pretty well versus Chattanooga in their last outing. Saint Mary’s hit a nice 57.8 percent from the field, 8-of-16 from outside and a stellar 27-of-29 (93.1 percent) from the line. The rebounding was great on a 29-15 edge, and the Gaels had 21 team assists. Even the 12 turnovers weren’t too bad of a number. Saint Mary’s now has 171 combined points in two games thus far. If they can keep that run going Tuesday, they’ll be difficult for the Bobcats to keep up with.

Speaking of Ohio, they notched a pretty solid effort in their win over Illinois State—outside of the 1-of-8 (12.5 percent) from 3-point range and the 15-of-27 (55.6 percent) from the line, that is. Otherwise Ohio shot 50.9 percent from the field and had just eight turnovers. Saint Mary’s should be a tricky opponent for them, though.
