North Dakota Fighting Hawks Betting Preview
North Dakota had a tough matchup versus Alabama in their opening game. The Hawks were down by 16 points by the break then hit a 43-30 second half in a 91-62 blowout loss. Leading the way was Garrett Anderson with 13 points and three rebounds, while Eli King had 11 points with six boards and one assist. In the Hawks’ second outing versus UC Riverside, they trailed at the break. North Dakota was outscored by one point from there, resulting in a 74-70 loss. Anthony Smith put up 15 points with two rebounds and two assists while both King (three rebounds; two assists) and Zach Kraft (one rebound; 22 minutes) each had 12 points. In the CSU Northridge game, the Hawks lost again 93-85 on November 9. In the Mayville matchup, North Dakota finally took a win. The Hawks cruised to the win 128-58 thanks to 70 second half points. Leading scorer Micah Curtis finished with 22 points and six rebounds.
In their Saturday matchup versus UC Riverside, North Dakota hit a 41-32 first half and held on for the win 76-74. Tops in scoring was Greyson Uelmen with 18 points and three boards. Marley Curtis added 15 points with three rebounds in 24 minutes of action in the victory.
Creighton Bluejays Betting Preview
Over on the Creighton side, they kicked off their year versus South Dakota. The Bluejays had a 48-35 lead at the break and closed on a 44-41 run for a 92-76 win. Tops was Owen Freeman, who logged 19 points with four rebounds in 19 minutes. Nik Graves put up 15 points with five assists and two rebounds. In game two versus Gonzaga, Creighton had a tough game. The Bluejays were down 44-38 by halftime and finished on a 46-25 run for a 90-63 blowout road loss. Nik Graves and Blake Harper were the only team players to finish in double-digits, each with 12 points and a combined five rebounds with three assists.
Creighton got back on the proverbial horse with an 84-45 blowout victory over MD Eastern Shore this past Friday. The Bluejays were up 37-23 at the half and cruised from there on 47 more points. Leading the way were Blake Harper (nine rebounds) and Jasen Green (five rebounds) each with 14 points. Josh Dix had 10 points and four assists as well.
North Dakota Fighting Hawks @ Creighton Bluejays Betting Trends: November 19, 2025
Why the Creighton Bluejays will win
- North Dakota has lost each of its last 17 Wednesday night games.
- Creighton has won 14 of its last 15 games against non-Conference opponents at CHI Health Center Omaha.
- North Dakota has lost the first half in six of its last seven games against AP-ranked opponents.
North Dakota vs Creighton Prediction
I’ll go with Creighton. The Bluejays are coming off an easy win versus MD Eastern Shore, logging 49.3 percent shooting from the field with a 40-22 edge on rebounding and a 42-20 advantage in the paint alongside just nine turnovers. Creighton held the Hawks to just 38 percent shooting and 13.3 percent (2-of-15) from outside in the victory. The Jays have 84 or more points in each of their two wins so far, but they’ve also given up 76 or more points in two of three outings as well. That said, I don’t think North Dakota will be able to score well enough in this Wednesday’s matchup for that to matter much. Creighton should control this game from front to back if they play anywhere near their capabilities.
