I’m leaning towards Mercer here. I’m not giving Mercer the benefit of the doubt because they beat a subdivision team, they simply looked better in their losing effort against superior competition earlier to start the year. Lipscomb just looks like they’re taking a step back in 2025-26 as far as I’m concerned, and while I’m not expecting a whole lot more from Mercer, I think the Bears have enough in the tank to get the win in this game. Give me Mercer.
