Matched up against Stonehill last weekend the Cougars were in the locker room with a 35-33 deficit. Chicago State managed to tie up the game in the second half and force overtime, then eventually lost a tough road game 85-82. I’ll lean toward Le Moyne but I’m probably staying away from this one. There’s not a lot to get excited about here if you’re not a fan of either team. The Dolphins are coming off another loss, this time to a reasonably decent Central Connecticut team at home. Le Moyne shot just 32.3 percent from the field with 18.5 percent (5-of-27) from outside in that one along with 13 turnovers and a 42-32 deficit on the boards. The Dolphins are 2-2 in their last four games with 73 or more points in the two wins alongside 60 or fewer points in the two losses.

As for Chicago State, they made a valiant effort on the road against Stonehill last weekend but fell just short. The Cougars shot 45.3 percent from the field and 81 percent (17-of-21) from the line in that one but also got outmuscled on the boards pretty badly 44-22. The Cougars have given up 70 or more points in eight straight games now, a 1-7 run overall.
