Mercer vs. Samford Prediction
I’m on the Bulldogs at home in this game. I get the case to be made for Mercer catching points here, but Samford for my money is the team to beat in the SoCon and I just don’t have Mercer on that level. Samford might be the best team in the conference on both ends of the floor, at least they are from a metric standpoint, and I’m just thinking that Mercer’s offense is so inconsistent that it’s hard to trust them in a spot like this. I’ll roll with Samford laying the points at home in this one.
