St. Francis PA Red Flash Betting Preview
St. Francis PA has had a tough run of things so far this year. They’re yet to win consecutive games and are flailing in the record column. The Flash kicked things off with a 1-4 run featuring losses to Dayton, Clemson, Penn State, and Mount St. Mary’s. A 3-2 stretch came afterward with wins over Penn State-Schuylkill, Lehigh, and Penn State-Shenango alongside losses to Georgetown and Radford. Since then it’s been a rough 2-5 stretch with wins over only Franciscan University and Mercyhurst. The losses otherwise during that time have come versus Niagara, Maryland, Robert Morris, Central Connecticut, and Stonehill for a 6-11 overall record.
In the Mercyhurst game on Friday, the Red Flash held a 32-28 edge by the break. St. Francis PA kept it going with a nice second half on a 41-31 run and took the eventual victory 73-59 in the end. Tops in scoring was Valentino Pinedo with 18 points and six rebounds in 30 minutes of work. Jeremy Clayville added 17 points and five assists with one steal, and Riley Parker had 13 points with six boards and six assists. Juan Cranford had nine points off the bench as well.
Fairleigh Dickinson Knights Betting Preview
Over on the Fairleigh Dickinson side, their year has been a tough one as well, but they did manage to get consecutive wins lately. The Knights hit a 3-4 run over their first seven games, beating Purchase, Manhattan, and Vermont State Rudolph in that time alongside losses to Miami, Creighton, Nebraska, and Army. A tough 1-7 run came after that with a lone win over Lehman College amid losses to Saint Peter’s, Fairfield, Fordham, Villanova, La Salle, Minnesota, and Boston College in that time. Since then Fairleigh Dickinson has bagged a couple of wins over Wagner and Le Moyne for a 6-11 overall record so far this season.
In the Le Moyne matchup back on Friday, the Knights came out of halftime sporting a 28-22 edge. Fairleigh Dickinson was outscored 37-31 in the second and needed two overtimes to power out a win 91-86 in the end. Tops in scoring was Terrence Brown with 25 points, nine boards, and five assists. Jo’el Emanuel added 19 points with six rebounds in 47 minutes, and Dylan Jones had 12 points with three rebounds and one steal. Coming off the bench with 12 points and five rebounds in 18 minutes of work was Cameron Tweedy.

St Francis PA vs Fairleigh Dickinson Prediction
I’ll probably just stick with Fairleigh Dickinson here. Granted, there’s not a lot of intrigue involved in this game between two struggling teams, but it should at least be competitive. Fairleigh Dickinson gutted one out in double overtime versus Le Moyne in their last outing, notching 40 percent shooting and a 50-38 rebounding deficit. The Knights’ saving grace was the 27 points off 20 Le Moyne turnovers. Fairleigh Dickinson has scored 70 or more points in three straight games now.
As for St Francis PA, they’ve been below 61 points in two of the last three so I don’t think the Flash will keep a sufficient pace here.
Andrew’s Pick Fairleigh Dickinson Knights -3.5
