Washington State comes into this matchup after their head coach left for another program, so I would assume we are going to see some unexpected opt-outs here. The Cougars had a decent season given their conference situation, but struggled to play consistently. Utah State also struggled with consistency, but they have scored at least 24 points in four straight games.
