I’ll just stick with Georgia. I’m not touching this one, though; the line is insanely thick. This is quite the cupcake matchup for the Bulldogs; they’ll likely have very few difficulties getting a sizable victory in their opener. Beyond that, we’ve got lots of things to look for. The defense should begin showing off their stuff here, and we’ll get our first glimpse at how the offense will rework itself after the departure of some key players. On paper at least, Georgia seems primed for 10 or 11 wins and another national championship push.

As for Tennessee State, they gave up 402 yards (222 passing) and 6.3 yards per play in their tough loss to Jackson State. Tennessee State put up some fairly valiant numbers on offense (354 total yards and 22 first downs) but couldn’t keep pace. This matchup is obviously going to be much, much tougher and I don’t see the Tigers getting anywhere close.
