Gunner Stockton is expected to lead the charge at QB for Georgia with Carson Beck off to Miami. Nate Frazier is back in the Georgia backfield after leading Georgia with 671 yards and 8 TDs while Josh McCray comes over after scoring 10 TDs at Illinois last year. The receiving corps is stocked for the Bulldogs, with Zachariah Branch coming over from USC and Noah Thomas transferring over from Texas A&M. On defense, Christian Miller will lead the way up front for Georgia while Elo Modozie transfers in from Army after making 6.5 sacks and 34 tackles. Daylen Everett has all-SEC potential after logging 58 tackles last season and all of the pieces are there for the Bulldogs to thrive once again.

I’m on Georgia here. I get the case to be made for a sizeable underdog as Georgia hasn’t been the best at covering these big numbers since Kirby Smart took over the Georgia gig. However, the Herd are pretty much starting over, and a road game at Georgia to start the year, is not a recipe for success out of the gate. I think this one’s all Georgia, so I’ll lay the big number with the Bulldogs in a rout.
