LSU is averaging 29 points while its defense is giving up 9.25 points per game. The offense is ranked 77th while the defense is ranked 9th. In this game, LSU is going to need the defense to step up in a major way. If the defense struggles here, this is going to be a very long game for the Tigers. This LSU offense really isn’t set up to score 35 points a week against SEC competition, and it’s going to be even worse than that here. Trinidad Chambliss is the real deal under Ole Miss, and he’s going to put on a show through the air.
