I’ll lean toward Georgia Southern. The Eagles get a couple of extra days to rest and prepare for this one, and they’ll need it after a nail-biter road win versus App State. GA Southern ended up with 494 yards on offense in that one with 352 pass yards, 6.6 yards per play, 25 first downs and a 6-of-15 success rate on third downs. The defense gave up 425 yards on the other side with 348 yards passing, 5.7 yards per play, 23 first downs and 4-of-14 on third-downs in the victory effort. Georgia Southern has 24 or more points in four straight, but they’ve only gone 2-2 in that time.

As for Coastal Carolina, they got it done with the rush game over the weekend in their win over Georgia State. The Chanticleers managed 324 rush yards and 6.8 yards per play, while the defense held strong on third downs (3-of-13) and had a couple takeaways. I wouldn’t be surprised to see another good game from the Chanticleers here.
