I’ll lean toward Texas State, but it's a pretty hefty line. The Bobcats made short work of a struggling Southern Miss team over the weekend, notching 703 yards (437 passing), 10.7 yards per play, and 33 first downs. Texas State has outscored opponents by a combined 96-20 over the last two games.
As for Georgia State, they mustered 411 yards (346 passing) with 23 first downs against Arkansas State in their last game, but also had two turnovers and went just 2-of-14 on third downs. The defense gave up 261 yards on the ground but did pretty well on third downs themselves (3-of-13). That makes 20 points or fewer in four of the last six games—an 0-6 run for the Panthers. I don’t think they’ll get close enough to cover here either.
