He also rushed 13 times for 106 yards and four touchdowns. Coleman Owen had a strong game out wide finishing with eight catches for 139 yards. Ohio overall this season is averaging 27.6 points while their defense is giving up 19.6 points per game. 

Toledo Dominated the Last Game 

Toledo sits with a 7-3 record and they are coming off a big win in the last game. Toledo faced off against Central Michigan and they scored 37 points on the way to the 27-point victory. Under center for Toledo was Tucker Gleason and he completed 13 of his 23 passes for 136 yards, one touchdown, and zero interceptions. He also rushed eight times for 66 yards and two touchdowns. Two games ago against Eastern Michigan, it was a little closer, and the defense wasn’t as good, giving up 28 points. In that game, Gleason completed 24 of his 25 passes for 265 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. 

Toledo on the season is averaging 29.9 points while their defense is giving up 21.1 points per game. In this game, the defense is going to need to step up to really try to put pressure on Ohio’s offense.

Ohio vs Toledo Prediction

Toledo at home is going to get the job done. Gleason has found success not only through the air but with his legs and he’s going to have no issue getting the job done here. Ohio’s defense overall this season has been better, but they aren’t going to dominate in this game and it’s going to be Toledo that is going to end up getting the job done.
