Tennessee Has Dominated
Tennessee has dominated to start the season and that includes a blowout victory over NC State. Against NC State the offense scored 51 points and they ended up winning 41 points. In the last game against Kent State, it was much of the same as they were able to secure the 71-0 victory. At the end of the first quarter, they were up 37-0 and it was a blowout victory. Nico Iamaleava completed 10 of his 16 passes for 173 yards, one touchdown, and zero interceptions.
DeSean Bishop finished with seven rushes for 120 yards and two touchdowns. Dylan Sampson finished with 13 carries for 101 yards and four touchdowns. Peyton Lewis also finished with 10 carries for 99 yards. The offense has been good, but the defense has also been good. If the defense is good again here, Tennessee should end up cruising to the victory.
How Good is Oklahoma?
Oklahoma comes into this game with a 3-0 record but two of the games haven’t been exactly dominant. Two games ago against Houston, they only won 16-12, and in the last game against Tulane, Oklahoma was able to secure the 34-19 victory. Jackson Arnold completed 18 of his 29 passes for 169 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. Arnold had another huge game on the ground also rushing 14 times for 97 yards and two touchdowns.
Wide receiver Deion Brooks finished with seven carries for 90 yards. Two games ago the offensive output wasn’t good enough and they are going to need to find a way to be better with the offense. If the offense struggles, I am not sure their defense is going to need to stay in this game.

Tennessee vs Oklahoma Prediction
Tennessee is going to go on the road, and they are going to put on a show. Oklahoma might be 3-0, but I am not sold on this team being all that good. Tennessee is an elite offensive team, and they are going to have no issue running up the score here. The Sooners have no one to slow down Iamaleava, and that is going to be the difference here, as Tennessee is going to cruise to victory. Back Tennessee against the spread here.
