Pittsburgh got off to a 4-2 start through their first six games this year, taking out the Falcons, Broncos, Chargers, and Raiders in that time. The Steelers are 4-1 since then with wins over the Jets, Giants, Commanders, and Ravens ahead of a loss to the Browns.
Matched up against Cleveland last Thursday, the Steelers trailed 10-6 going into the final quarter. Pittsburgh gave up 14 points from there in a 24-19 loss. Russell Wilson threw for 270 yards and a TD in the defeat. while Jaylen Warren led the rush with 11 totes for 45 yards and a score.

Over on the Bengals’ side, they started the year on a 3-4 stretch through seven games, taking losses to the Patriots, Chiefs, Commanders, and Ravens. Cincinnati is 1-3 since then, falling to the Eagles, Ravens, and Chargers during that time.
Back on November 17 versus the Chargers, the Bengals scored in every quarter—and gave up points in every quarter—during a 34-27 loss. Joe Burrow threw for 356 yards and three touchdowns. Tee Higgins caught one of the scores among his nine catches for 148 yards.

Pittsburgh Steelers vs Cincinnati Bengals Prediction
I’ll take a stab at the Bengals. Cincinnati is coming off a tough loss to the Chargers, but they’ve had some extra time since then to rest and prep for this rivalry matchup. The Bengals put up 452 yards and 24 first downs in that loss to LA (342 passing) but had only a 5-of-17 success rate on third downs. It was Cincinnati’s sixth one-score loss this season (the lone outlier was by 20 to the Eagles).
As for Pittsburgh, they’re coming off a weird snow game versus the rival Browns. Pittsburgh oddly held Cleveland to just 1-of-10 on third downs in that one but gave up 4-of-4 on fourth-down plays. Pittsburgh has been below 20 points in consecutive outings now.
When these teams play, you can usually throw out the record books and settle in for a tight game. I like Cincinnati to prevail cover/win-wise at home here thanks to the extra time off, but it should be a close one.
