It’s been an inconsistent season for Simons and you need to pick the right spots with him. We saw him have a 25-point game against the Houston Rockets and follow it up with just a 5-point game against the Grizzles one game later. Luckily for Simons, I think this is a spot where he should flourish. The Pacers year after year are one of the weakest defensive teams in the league. They also play at a fast pace. This is a spot where Simons should have the ball in his hand a lot and make plays. 

Myles Turner Over 7.5 Rebounds

Myles Turner has been a strong presence on the boards for the Indiana Pacers. Averaging 7.3 rebounds per game, he has consistently contributed on both ends of the court. Turner has posted multiple games with 9 rebounds, including notable performances on November 25th, where he grabbed 9 boards in a win against New Orleans, and November 24th, where he had 9 rebounds in a win against Washington.

Myles Turner has been a rebounding machine as of late. He’s gotten over this number of 7.5 rebounds in 4 straight games. I expect another big night for him on Wednesday against this​ Trailblazers team who has been weak in the paint so far this season. Portland is giving up 56.4 rebounds per game to opposing teams which is the 3rd most in the league. I’ll ride with the hot hand and take Turner to have another good game on the glass. 

Tyrese Haliburton Over 17.5 Points

Tyrese Haliburton is currently playing an impressive role for the Indiana Pacers in the 2024-25 season. Over 18 games, he is averaging 16.8 points per game (PPG) while also contributing significantly in assists, with 8.8 per game (APG). His shooting efficiency is noteworthy, with a field goal percentage of 39.2% and a 3-point shooting percentage of 32.9%. Haliburton also excels at getting to the free-throw line, hitting 83.6% of his free throws.

Haliburton has been hot as of late. He’s coming off a 34-point game against the Pelicans and a 21-point game against the Wizards the night before. We’ve seen Haliburton have consistency issues when it comes to scoring but when he’s hot it’s smarter to ride the wave than fade him. In what should be a high-scoring affair I expect Haliburton to have enough chances to have another 20+ point game.
