Detroit Pistons Betting Preview

The Pistons have one of the youngest teams in the NBA and there are plenty of players that have a lot to prove in these upcoming games. Ron Holland and Bobi Klintman were both selected by the Pistons a couple of weeks ago in the draft. He played last year for G-League Ignite and the expectation is he can come in right away and contribute to the team. Marcus Sasser was the 25th pick in last years draft and he is going to play plenty of minutes in this tournament. One player that the Pistons won’t have is Ausar Thompson who didn’t play the last two months of his rookie year as he dealt with blood clots. 

Philadelphia 76ers Betting Preview

The 76ers have played already three games so far in the Summer League, and they haven’t looked that good. In the last game against the Utah Jazz, the 76ers scored 85 points but the defense gave up 93 points and that led to the defeat. The 76ers were led by Ricky Council IV who finished with 20 points, one assist, and one steal. Jeff Dowtin might not be a household name but he finished with 18 points, four rebounds, and six assists. The offense is going to need to be strong again, but their defense is going to need a whole lot better. The other three starters combined for only 10 points.

The 76ers haven’t looked good during the tournament and it’s going to be the same case again here. The Pistons might not win many games during the regular season, but I like their summer league roster and they are going to find success here.
